Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients through a range of therapeutic sessions, building rapport and trust while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review therapeutic progress, assess stability, and schedule discharge when clinically indicated.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, aligning interventions with client goals.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' initial needs and tailor services accordingly.
\n
• Partake in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and receive constructive feedback on client interactions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care specialists, to ensure holistic care for clients.

This position is especially suited for a clinician passionate about working with youth and families. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a relevant field of mental health.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
