Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have previous experience in teletherapy, a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. Experience in crisis management and intervention will be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 to $104,000 per year based on your caseload. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide:
