Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and rating scales.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, goals, and therapy preferences.

• Provide high-quality counseling and therapy services in individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling settings, employing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records of progress notes, treatment interventions, and outcomes.
\n
• Engage in case consultations with external healthcare providers and specialists as necessary, ensuring a well-coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Adhere rigorously to the ethical and professional guidelines set forth by relevant licensing bodies, ensuring the highest level of client care and protection.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, families, and individuals facing challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Understanding their specific needs will be critical to effectively support their healing journey, fostering resilience and empowerment as they work towards their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, providing the foundation for building trusting relationships with clients.
\n
• Organizational skills and a self-motivated work ethic, capable of managing caseloads effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with adult, adolescent, and child populations, as well as familiarity with specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, and family therapy, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
