Key Responsibilities\n

• Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their psychological and emotional needs.

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and triage care based on assessment findings, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate interventions.

• Maintain consistent communication with our interdisciplinary team on treatment plans, assessments, and client progress through formal documentation and regular meetings.

• Demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to provide holistic care that encompasses the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of your patients.

• Facilitate case management for assigned patients by collaborating with hospital and community resources to enhance the quality and comprehensiveness of care.

• Complete all documentation ethically and in a timely manner, ensuring all client records are up to date and accurate.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as part of the therapeutic process, adopting various clinical modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Calm Connections, you will serve a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is necessary.

• A willingness to engage in clinical sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week or more based on personal availability.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
