Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs appropriately, followed by developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns across individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including primary care providers and support services, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that promotes positive patient outcomes.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate intervention and support to clients in acute distress, maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and compassion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
