Seeking a full-time Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients by managing inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a remote environment, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Answer a wide range of inbound calls professionally and positively while documenting call details Respond accurately to inquiries and ensure compliance in all processing areas Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution Required qualifications Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider preferred Experience in a Service Center or Customer Service role is required Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
