Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in stress reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the unique stressors, challenges, and goals of each client, designing personalized mindfulness practices to suit their needs.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and guided breathing techniques aimed at promoting self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques within individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and support sustained personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment plan that incorporates mindfulness principles.

• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and therapeutic plans through our secure electronic health records system.

• Commit to personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and ongoing professional training to enhance expertise in MBSR.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mindfulness-based techniques, with an emphasis on MBSR preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
