Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing therapists to engage with clients through telehealth platforms. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required based on patient needs and appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups addressing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and education among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the range of treatment options available, and local community resources they can utilize.

• Maintain all patient records accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
