Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy services including individual, couples, family, and group sessions through remote platforms, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across various demographics.

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients via telehealth to identify their unique strengths and challenges, establishing a solid understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that are customized for each client, ensuring they are aligned with their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other life transitions. Our approach prioritizes understanding the individual circumstances of each client, fostering a safe and confidential space for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in accordance with the regulations in Oregon. Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations, form treatment recommendations, and track progress effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a genuine understanding and compassion for client needs and challenges.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and software for virtual therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in community health settings, particularly within telehealth environments, is highly preferred.

• Experience with evidence-based practices and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.

• Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
