Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough, empathetic assessments remotely to better understand the personal and emotional challenges clients are facing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population across various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your client base may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics challenges, and other mental health conditions. This role requires a sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to understanding each client's unique life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must be fully licensed and able to practice independently without supervision as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or histories of disciplinary actions will be considered.
\n
• Proficient in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by an empathetic and supportive demeanor, are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance efficiency in documentation and client management.
