Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize clinical skills to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately within our practice management system.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client updates, share best practices, and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telehealth regulations and ethical guidelines to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families virtually.
• Strong organizational skills and a capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to privacy policies in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable, as it provides familiarity with virtual therapeutic environments.
• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for therapy delivery and record-keeping.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a plus, expanding your ability to support clients beyond Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
• Full-time counselors are eligible for a healthcare stipend after fulfilling initial requirements, promoting your well-being.
• A sign-on bonus will be awarded to newly hired full-time and part-time counselors upon completion of onboarding.
