Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment, including comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and the diagnosis of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using psychoeducation systems and group dynamics to empower clients and their families.

• Maintain ongoing communication with family members, educators, and community support personnel to provide cohesive care plans.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest methodologies in mental health care and compliance standards.

• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation, enhancing client contact management and maintaining accurate treatment records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000.
