Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing creative and adaptive methods to foster open communication and trust.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop comprehensive and cohesive care strategies for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advances in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a diverse caseload while adhering to best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
