Base pay range $42,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr YC-backed AI startup | 16-person team | $17M raised We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for new customers. You’ll identify and qualify leads, book demos, and shape how teams discover and adopt our AI-powered solution. This is a chance to join a YC-backed company at the ground floor — working directly with the founders, building out outbound processes, and helping scale a product already used by thousands across engineering, retail, and hospitality. What You’ll Do Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, email, and social outreach. Build and manage CRM data to ensure a healthy pipeline. Develop sales collateral and outreach messaging with the founding team. Book and support product demos that convert into new customers.
