Job Description
We are looking for an experienced financial professional to join our company as a in house Full Charge Bookkeeper. As part of our finance team, you will reconcile invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You shall assist in collections.
Additionally, you will assist leadership with reporting and regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidate has several years of prior bookkeeping experience, expert knowledge of QuickBooks software, and experience preparing statements. You also need excellent communication skills to work and oversee other employees.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
· Process accounts receivable
· Prepare deposits and post customer payments

· Perform account reconciliations and invoicing
Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (preferred)
· Prior experience with accounting or bookkeeping
· Superb attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
