Leading key partnerships and impact activities, the full-time Senior Partnership Manager will manage a portfolio of partnerships across the US and Europe, ensuring successful program delivery and a high standard of partner experience in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Take ownership of a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring effective program delivery and partner satisfaction Lead partner delivery timelines and collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution Engage with corporate and foundation leadership to maintain and deepen high-value partner relationships Required qualifications Substantial experience in partnership management or related roles with a track record of success Strong understanding of social and environmental issues and a commitment to community-driven change Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills Experience working cross-culturally across a range of countries Fluency in English; professional fluency in Spanish or another language is a bonus
