Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, substance use disorders, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to identify clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their emotional and psychological goals.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize advanced electronic health record systems for maintaining accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and remain knowledgeable about the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
