This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that high-quality support can be extended to clients in a hospice setting. Despite the remote nature of the job, you will engage closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that care is coordinated and consistent across service delivery points. The position may require some evening and weekend hours to best meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
