Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills and patience when working with students individually or in small groups
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher
- Assist with daily classroom routines, including preparing materials, setting up activities, and reinforcing lessons
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment for all students
- Provide individualized or small group support to address diverse learning styles and academic goals
- Document observations and communications, and participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
