Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being using standardized tools and cutting-edge methodologies.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress using our electronic health records system, adjusting treatment plans as necessary with clear rationale.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and stability during sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal/ethical standards, safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive, integrated client care.

Qualifications\n
