This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes and assessments, focusing on diagnostic evaluations to identify treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy objectives and intervention strategies based on individual patient evaluations.

• Collaborate with primary care practitioners to manage and support the mental health of patients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate mental health interventions for patients requiring urgent or emergency support.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Assist in the development of relapse prevention strategies and educate patients on self-management techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and progress in electronic health records, adhering to compliance regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating effectively with primary care teams and other specialists about patient needs and treatment plans.

• Advise and empower patients in adhering to prescribed medical therapies and managing any side effects.

Qualifications\n
