Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate intern performance and contribute to retention and corrective action processes, preparing required documentation.

• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments to facilitate programmatic outcomes collaboratively.

• Interact with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to address any concerns about intern assignments.

• Engage in quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI) initiatives, reviewing documentation and client records for compliance with agency policies.

• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate actively in ongoing professional development.
\n
• Complete reports as requested by the Director, contributing to effective program management.
\n
• Utilize the AWARDS electronic health record system to ensure timely and accurate data entry of client information.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation both in person and via phone, addressing crisis and non-crisis situations efficiently.
\n
• Facilitate the management of the intern recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding in alignment with our agency's goals.
\n
• Coordinate and promote recruitment events for interns and trainees, ensuring compliance with university and agency documentation requirements.
\n
• Design and facilitate workshops and training for interns and university-level students, ensuring knowledge of federal, state, and county regulations.

• Provide psychotherapy services as needed, applying established psychological theories and techniques to support clients effectively.

• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of clinical program objectives to enhance service delivery standards.
