Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to assess their needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapies to assist patients in recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, incorporating exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices as appropriate.
• Regularly document and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures, self-care techniques, and the proper use of any prescribed assistive devices.
• Participate in team meetings to share patient progress and collaborate on interdisciplinary approaches to care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through continual professional development, including workshops, journals, and networking within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from children to older adults recovering from various conditions. Qualifications
