Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment to determine the most effective treatment strategies and interventions.

• Implement treatment plans while monitoring patient progress and responses, documenting outcomes clearly and thoroughly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure you have the comprehensive expertise needed for effective patient care.
• License to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain one) is mandatory.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong computer proficiency, including word processing and documentation software.

Preferred Experience
