This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Orlando. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients based on physician referrals and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions and goals.
• Implement rehabilitation programs utilizing a diverse range of techniques and modalities to treat patients recovering from various ailments, such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and sports-related conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and continuously monitor progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain exemplary patient care standards by demonstrating excellent customer service, enhancing patient satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide educational resources, consult patients and their families on effective rehabilitation techniques, and empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies that support optimal patient recovery.
• Meet designated productivity and utilization goals while adhering to best practices in clinical performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient base, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes seeking to regain performance, children with developmental conditions, and adults managing long-term disabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida, maintaining compliance with all state regulations.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with patients and their families.
• Strong organizational and computer skills necessary for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation or a similar environment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practice protocols and a commitment to ongoing professional development will set you apart as a candidate.
