Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will undertake a variety of crucial tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments, identifying presenting problems, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilizing the current DSM guidelines in formulating treatment goals and applying clinically appropriate interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employing a variety of counseling methodologies—individual, group, and family therapies—to address client concerns while accommodating diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress through regular follow-up sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a broad range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, aiding them in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Hold a current independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
