Regular work hours are established from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate and understand the needs of children and adolescents, facilitating effective diagnostic processes.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the developmental stage of each patient and involve the family in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health issues along with practical experience in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven ability to provide individual and family therapy to young patients effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills characterized by compassion and a child-centered approach to therapy.

• An ability to rapidly build rapport and trust with children, teens, and their families.

• Comfortable utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other software applications relevant to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
