Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients facing emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to establish a clear understanding of each client's unique situation and develop detailed initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to drive transformative change as determined by clients' treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges while coordinating additional services as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with both facility and professional standards.

• Manage a caseload that reflects the center’s demand while providing compassionate and empathetic support to every individual.

• Engage in team meetings with fellow professionals to discuss treatment approaches and client progress, fostering a cooperative and collaborative environment.

• Adapt to the needs of the client and facility by providing therapeutic services in both inpatient and outpatient settings as necessary, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Advocate for patient safety and satisfaction by acknowledging needs, addressing complaints promptly, and refining practices based on feedback.

• Perform additional functions and administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of our telehealth services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Candidates must possess the requisite state or national licensure necessary for professional therapy practice, including the appropriate designation of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, as mandated by the state regulatory body.

• Experience in managing clients across the lifespan, particularly with both adult and child/adolescent populations, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
