This position is designed to be fully remote, promoting a flexible work-life balance while ensuring our dedicated team can effectively reach and serve the young populations in need of support. Our workweek typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required to accommodate patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the psychological needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices while considering the unique developmental stages and family dynamics of each patient.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention tailored to young individuals facing various challenges.

• Coordinate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, uninterrupted service delivery and support.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in recovery and growth.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation that adheres to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and collaboration.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health to provide cutting-edge care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges, along with their families. By fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, the therapist plays an essential role in promoting psychological resilience, emotional well-being, and social skills development among young individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and a history of applying evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to efficiently navigate computerized systems.

• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing mental health counseling to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
