Work Environment\n

This role is a telehealth position, enabling flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Arizona. Our therapist will engage with clients through virtual sessions, supported by a robust telehealth platform that ensures accessibility and confidentiality. Your schedule will generally run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that take into consideration developmental milestones and family dynamics, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention strategies during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and reassuring presence for patients and families.

• Educate children, adolescents, and their families on mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and available community resources to empower informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is dedicated to serving a diverse population of children and adolescents, typically ranging from ages 5 to 18. Patients come to us facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. As a therapist, you will help empower young individuals and their families by providing supportive therapy that fosters resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with experience employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to this age group.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
