Work Environment\n

The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a close-knit team dynamic through seamless virtual communication. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists may occasionally accommodate evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the specific needs and concerns of children and adolescents, ensuring a tailored approach to care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass the unique developmental stages of youth and the dynamics of their family environments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers, helping them to cultivate nurturing and supportive home environments.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our young patients.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate support and intervention strategies tailored to children and adolescents.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development initiatives.

• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

This position is focused primarily on a demographic of children and adolescents struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential.

• Strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy specifically tailored to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, child-focused approach.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
