This role provides a flexible remote work environment, allowing for work-life balance while still maintaining a strong connection with our team and patients. While the core schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexibility is essential, as occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments of children and adolescents to identify individual needs, challenges, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and family therapy principles.
