Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both individual and group therapy sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain ongoing documentation reflecting progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and share inter-professional insights aimed at enhancing patient care.

• Educate clients’ families about the nature of mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and the therapeutic process to encourage active involvement in their loved one's recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse client population reflecting various ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, helping them to develop coping mechanisms and life skills essential for long-term emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a master's or doctoral degree preferred.
