Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Implement solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, facilitating their personal growth and progress.
• Develop individual treatment plans that address clients' specific issues, fostering insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adapting strategies as needed to help clients develop effective coping mechanisms.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting stable and low-acuity adults who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, stress, and adjustment difficulties stemming from life events or situations, including the ongoing effects of the pandemic. Your role will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness within this client demographic.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LPC) to practice independently. Please specify your credentials and licensed state upon application.

Compensation and Benefits

• An attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent on working hours and caseload size.
