Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they meet the unique needs of each child and family.

• Monitor and track progress towards set goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one support and coaching to families, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their child's development.

• Adhere strictly to Federal and State regulations pertaining to early intervention services, ensuring compliance in all procedures.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, leveraging natural learning environment techniques to promote skill development in everyday situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children aged birth to three years, particularly those who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities.
