Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and family needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation process, tailoring strategies to each child's unique circumstances.
\n
• Monitor and track progress as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring all services are effectively coordinated.
\n
• Provide educational support and resources to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to support their child’s development.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and treatment approaches.
\n
• Create and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow team members to foster a nurturing learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families to develop and implement personalized intervention plans, addressing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your compassionate approach will empower families to actively participate in their child's development and promote a collaborative atmosphere that strengthens their support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Must hold an active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to client homes or community engagements.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles tailored to individual treatment plans.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with children in early intervention settings is a must.

• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, promoting a child-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
