Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to determine mental health status.

• Formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship and offering guidance and support.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to navigate challenging situations while maintaining client safety.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of four years of experience delivering mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

• Strong crisis management skills, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
