Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults with low to moderate acuity, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows our counselors to provide meaningful interventions without becoming overwhelmed. The clients we serve often seek help for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship counseling. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). *Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in using technology and remote counseling tools required for delivering teletherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly valued, though not mandatory.
