Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine each client’s therapeutic needs, creating individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
