Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring that care is tailored to individual needs.

• Provide comprehensive individual and family therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities in line with patient-centered treatment goals.

• Efficiently complete essential documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within our established timelines.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans as necessary, along with relapse prevention and wellness plans to help clients maintain stable functioning.
\n
• Create discharge plans to guide patients in their journey post-therapy, ensuring continuity of care and support.
\n
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including current federal and state laws, as well as the NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Commit to maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and continuing education, fostering personal and career development.
\n
• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to promote collaborative practice and improve client outcomes.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training to uphold professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Centerpointe, you will primarily support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, working with patients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will be fundamental in creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and embark on their path toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing.

• You must hold a current state license as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is highly desirable, especially working with underserved populations.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and best practices in clinical supervision and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
