Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Stone Point, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices in mental health.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions customized for clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to optimize client care and conduct peer review meetings.

• Providing education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources available for further support.

• Staying informed about the latest mental health research to continually enhance clinical practice and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population served by Stone Point is diverse and requires a culturally competent approach to therapy. Therapists will engage with adults and families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other severe mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
