Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in daily clinical decisions.
- Document patient assessments, plan of care, progress, and outcomes consistently and accurately.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, and ensure safety and infection control standards.

Requirements
- Active California registered nurse license (or eligibility) to practice.
- Oncology or acute care nursing experience preferred in an inpatient setting.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity unit.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supervision of nursing staff.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements.
