Vice President, Development Policy

This position is located in the Office of Development Policy (ODP) at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and serves as a member of the Chief Executive Officer's executive staff and as a key consultant and adviser to the Chief Policy Officer. You'll manage DFC's ODP with responsibility for establishing policies & procedures for carrying out DFC statutory review of the Environmental & Social (E&S) Impact, the U.S. effects, and the Development Impact (DI) of DFC projects. Applicants must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement. You may qualify at the SL-00 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirements: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience providing effective leadership and supervision to subordinates in a multi-tiered organization; AND Experience providing expert guidance on environmental and social risk assessments of international projects/investments; OR Experience providing expert guidance on the analysis of projected and actual development impacts of international development, international impact investing, and/or international finance projects.
