Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a comprehensive range of outpatient mental health services to promote individualized recovery plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Develop and regularly review personalized service plans in collaboration with clients to ensure effective treatment pathways.

• Administer mental health assessments and provide evidence-based counseling and referral services aimed at facilitating long-term wellness.

• Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Prepare and submit court, school, and community agency reports as required, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals in cases requiring medication management and hospitalization.

• Engage with external psychiatric care providers and community assistance programs to ensure continuity of care and accessibility for patients needing additional services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
