The Wine Series is building a new category of wine experiences in San Francisco through three distinct events: Pinot Fest – An elevated celebration of Pinot Noir and luxury hospitality Merlot Fest – A modern wine, culture, and street festival experience CABFEST – A premier Cabernet Sauvignon festival bringing together wineries, hospitality leaders, collectors, and wine enthusiasts Our mission is ambitious and simple: To make San Francisco the wine tasting capital of the world. By bringing together wineries, hospitality, culture, technology, media, and community, we are creating a platform that showcases the best of wine country in the heart of one of the world's most influential cities. We are seeking a Founding Partnerships Director to help build and grow The Wine Series through winery recruitment, sponsorship sales, vendor partnerships, hospitality collaborations, and strategic business development. This is not a traditional job. It is an opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground floor and play a key role in shaping the future of wine culture in San Francisco. Responsibilities Secure winery participation across Pinot Fest, Merlot Fest, and CABFEST Develop sponsorship opportunities with luxury, hospitality, automotive, technology, travel, lifestyle, and consumer brands Build relationships with restaurants, hotels, media outlets, community organizations, and strategic partners Source vendors, experiences, and activations that elevate the guest experience Represent The Wine Series within the wine, hospitality, and business communities Help establish San Francisco as a global destination for wine experiences Compensation This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is earned through winery sales, sponsorship sales, vendor partnerships, hospitality partnerships, and other revenue generating opportunities developed by the candidate.
