Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Raintree Solution Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing their physical therapy needs.
• Establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, and utilizing techniques such as exercise, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy.
• Implementing treatments and tracking patient progress through meticulous documentation of responses and outcomes.
• Regularly reevaluating and adjusting treatment goals and plans to align with patient recovery and therapeutic needs.
• Advising patients on the use of assistive devices that enhance their mobility and independence.
• Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers on the proper use of therapy equipment and techniques.
• Engaging in professional development through attendance at workshops and seminars, in addition to staying current with industry literature and standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
