Job Type: 5+month contract Temporary (W-2)
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Portland, OR 97204
Work Model: Onsite

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Forms Management Specialist – MS Operations to support document and forms production activities within an office services environment. This role focuses on creating, updating, and managing customer forms using design tools while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of print and digital materials. The position requires strong customer interaction and the ability to translate client instructions into production-ready documents.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update forms and print materials based on customer markups and instructions
Use Adobe InDesign to modify layouts and apply design changes
Add fillable fields and layers to PDF documents
Review proofs and coordinate with production teams for final output
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all forms and documents
Adhere to production schedules and deadlines
Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements
Support workflow coordination between customer and production teams
Maintain documentation and follow established procedures

Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related administrative, print, or forms management role
Strong customer service experience required
Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools preferred
Copy/print or offset printing experience is a plus
Project coordination or workflow management experience preferred
Strong PC skills and ability to work with automated systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to interpret instructions and manage detailed tasks

Work Environment
Office-based environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels
Work is primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting (under 10 lbs)
Requires moderate dexterity and computer-based work
Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and client interactions
