Work schedules are primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, utilizing a variety of interview techniques and tools to accurately evaluate patients’ mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, taking into account each patient's cultural and individual background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing mental health concerns, enhancing emotional regulation, and promoting resilience among participants.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
