Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients, establishing rapport that encourages openness and growth.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing counseling, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and conduct evaluations of patient progress and outcomes.
• Document treatment progress meticulously and maintain accurate records following privacy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists when necessary, and working together to enhance each patient’s care experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and those dealing with more complex mental health concerns such as co-occurring disorders. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy relevant to family dynamics and systemic issues.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and working with clients dealing with substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward personal change.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

United Treatment Facility offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, based upon experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
