Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, focusing on understanding and improving clients' mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who have been prescreened for stability and are identified as having low acuity needs. This proactive approach allows you to focus on therapeutic growth and avoid crisis management, enabling a supportive and positive environment for client engagement. Our clients are eager to improve their mental health, making your role impactful and fulfilling.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active independent licensure in the state of California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Please note that provisional licenses are not accepted.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations, utilizing a client-centered and solution-oriented approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, comfortable navigating telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or those who have worked with diverse populations in a virtual setting are highly preferred. Experience in developing treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based interventions will be an asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload size and years of experience. In addition to a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely, our counselors benefit from:
